Owner-operated. Licensed. Based in Worcester.
If you call, you're calling me. If you book, I'm the one who shows up.
I've been working in this trade for more than a decade, and I've been running my own plumbing, heating and gas fitting business in Worcester since 2017. Before that I came up the way most plumbers do โ as an apprentice, learning under supervision, until I earned my journeyman's licence from the Commonwealth.
That means there's no call centre and no rotating crew. When you hire me, you get me: the person whose licence number is on the van, whose name is on the invoice, and who comes back if something isn't right.
I speak English and Arabic, and a good number of my customers in Worcester are families I've now worked for more than once. I'd rather do a smaller number of jobs properly than rush a lot of them.
Verified with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Massachusetts licence 35120-PL-J, active and in good standing with the Board of State Examiners of Plumbers and Gas Fitters.
Began as a registered apprentice, then worked the hours and passed the examination required for journeyman licensure.
Liability insurance in force. Ask to see the certificate at any point โ it's a reasonable thing to want to check.
Based on Garrison Avenue in Worcester. Not a franchise, not a call centre, not a lead-generation site.
If a repair is the sensible option rather than a replacement, I'll say so โ even when the replacement pays better.
You approve the number before anything starts. No invoice surprises.
Customers keep mentioning this in reviews, which I take as the compliment it is.
For bigger jobs I check in afterwards to make sure it's still working as it should.
Call or text (508) 718-7050 โ even if it's just to ask whether something needs a plumber at all.
